The Connect downtown proposal that is currently being proposed should wait until we have a District City Councilor to vet the plan. The proposed plan doesn't benefit District 8 residents, and a plan that is designed with the neighborhood in my mind would make more sense. I am calling for a freeze on all additional bike lanes until the District has representation on the City Council.
